Two arrested following vehicle stop

Officers stopped a van yesterday afternoon (Monday 3 August) at around 4:15pm on St Stephen’s Road. Following a search of the vehicle they recovered a large 1000 litre container filled with fuel. A man in his 20s and a teenage boy were arrested on suspicion of theft and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning where they currently remain.
